Mystery Solved - Dead Voices alt country?
So it appears there is a band called 'Legs' but you won't find them on the interweb and not in your record store. They are the raw rough and tumble low fi alt country version of a band called 'Dead Voices' from Vancouver.
And although I can appreciate Dead Voices, I would not buy their album. Legs on the other hand are what I want, they had me from the get go. Allie Sheldon's stage presence and talents were showcased strongly at their Sled performance, I am not sure it would be the same had I caught them as Dead Voices. It would be a shame for that to be the last we hear from my favourite mystery band.
